Which manual do I need?

Find the model number on your generator's data plate and search for it. Each manual page lists the models it covers and any it doesn't. If you can't find yours, email genmanshop@gmail.com with the model and serial number.

Standby manuals usually also fit Generac-built generators sold as Honeywell, Guardian, Siemens, Carrier, Watchdog, Centurion, Eaton, and Bryant.

What do I receive?

A PDF copy of the manual. It isn't a printed or bound book. You can read it in a web browser or Adobe Reader, copy it to a phone or tablet, and print the pages you need.

Older manuals are scans of paper originals, so some pages are lower quality. Their pages say so.

Why do you email me a code?

Your order link and receipt go to the address you enter, so we confirm it before you pay. If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then ask for a new one on the same page.

How long can I download?

Your order page works for 7 days after payment, with up to 5 downloads per manual. Save the PDF to your device once it downloads. If your link has run out, find your order and email us the order number.

Adding a CD

Every manual comes as a PDF download. In your cart you can also add a CD copy for $5.00 per manual. You still get the download straight away, and the CD follows by mail.

CD orders

CDs ship to US addresses by USPS. Shipping is charged once per order, however many CDs you buy:

• USPS Ground Advantage, 2–5 business days: $4.95
• USPS Priority Mail, 1–3 business days: $11.95

We email you a tracking number when your CD ships.

Sales tax

We collect Illinois sales tax on CDs and their shipping for Illinois addresses. PDF downloads aren't taxed.

Refunds

PDF downloads are non-refundable. If a CD arrives damaged or a file won't open, email us and we'll replace it.
